Our CrossFit program is designed for every BODY, regardless of experience level.
From teens and seniors to full time moms and military, both active and retired, to police officers, fire fighters, and teachers and those just looking for something different, CrossFit can be for you. We’ll modify the movements and intensity to fit your current abilities.
We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness: there are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.
We emphasize the importance of mechanics, consistency, and intensity (in that order). All of our classes are coach-led to help keep you safe and guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun, and leave happy!

These one-on-one sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit and common barbell movements outside of a regular class setting. The emphasis of these sessions is on technique and introducing the intense (but fun) nature of the CrossFit methodology. These sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
