We offer something for kids of ALL ages, from 2 years old to high school. Our Kid Fit program focuses on making fitness FUN. Our Lions (2-3yo) “run, jump, and play” as they climb up, over, under, and move around objects. We also work on hand-eye coordination, balance, and confidence (to name a few). The Leopards (4-5yo) build upon that as they run, jump, push, pull, lift, climb, swing, and more. During our Tigers class (6-9yo), children will learn basic CrossFit movements. Their workouts begin with no weights – sometimes weighted movements are slowly introduced into the workouts, but only when the kids are ready. After the warm-up, the class will work on a specific skill for the day. Skill work is followed by a workout that uses movements learned in class. The class wraps up with a game played at the end. Our Tweens build upon the movements from our Tigers class, with the additional of barbells and higher level skill work.
Kid Fit classes are run in 8-week sessions.

Celebrate a FUN, STRESS-FREE birthday at CrossFit Panthera!
– $200 for up to 10 children (not including the birthday boy/girl)
– $10 for each additional child
> 1.5hour party led by a CrossFit Kids certified trainer [plus an assistant depending on the number of children] – an additional 30min of free play can be added for $50.
> 45min of games, relay races, obstacle course, rope swinging/climbing, dodgeball + 45min for food/cake/presents/etc.
> You provide invitations, food/beverages, decorations/tablecloths, plates/napkins/utensils/etc. Refrigerator and microwave available on site. Access to the facility 30min prior to the start of the party.
> Waivers must be completed for each participant.
