The main goal of our SilverFit program is LONGEVITY. We want you to live a long and healthy life! For our 55+ age group, SilverFit is a low-intensity workout designed to improve your quality of life on a daily basis. You will experience cardio workouts with light resistance training aimed to help you continue to move every day. We want you to be able to easily stand up and sit down on chairs and couches (and the toilet). You’ll learn how to safely pick things up and put them down without injury. Designed with an older athlete in mind, our SilverFit classes provide a more holistic approach to general fitness and helping you move independently while improving balance, flexibility, strength, mobility, and more.
