A big part of gaining strength is also gaining flexibility. Yoga classes are offered to de-stress and meditate and find direction both on and off the mat. We like to think of yoga as the yin to our CrossFit and a2o Fit yang. One known for its high intensity and the other for its calm, quiet, and introspective practice, they can go hand in hand as we strengthen the mind-body power.
