CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
CrossFit Gymnastics Certificate
Aerobic Capacity Certificate
I am not too adventurous but I do enjoy trying new things, which often lead to other things. Things like joining a CrossFit gym to eventually coaching or running a half marathon to then running a 50K to completing my first triathlon. Everything you do requires time and effort and the results will be based on the time and effort you put into it.
I started coaching so that I could learn more and get better in the areas that I was not good at. Not only the application of skills in CrossFit but also the leadership skills it takes to lead a class. From preparation, group management, time management, and working with all levels of athletes, those skills translate into other areas of life.
